A healthcare startup from India named JiviAI has recently made headlines by unveiling its groundbreaking AI-driven language-learning platform, claiming it surpasses industry giants like Google and OpenAI in medical applications.

Founded in Gurugram by Ankur Jain, formerly a chief product officer at BharatPe, and G V Sanjay Reddy, Chairman of Reddy Ventures, JiviAI has developed a sophisticated large language model called ‘Jivi MedX’. This platform reportedly outperformed well-known AI models such as OpenAI’s GPT-4 and Google’s Med-PaLM 2, achieving an impressive average score of 91.65 across nine benchmark categories, according to a statement released by the startup.

Scheduled for launch in August 2024, Jivi MedX aims to revolutionize healthcare delivery by leveraging advanced AI capabilities tailored for medical contexts.

Ankur Jain shared his enthusiasm for JiviAI’s journey in a recent LinkedIn post, announcing the startup’s incorporation in January 2024 and his role as CEO and Co-Founder. “I am thrilled to embark on this new chapter with JiviAI, where we harness generative AI to enhance healthcare outcomes for billions worldwide,” he expressed.

With its ambitious vision and pioneering technology, JiviAI is poised to make significant strides in the global healthcare landscape, marking a promising era for AI-driven innovations in medicine.
