Two Point O Capital raises $10M Series A to scale clean-energy and BESS in India

Two Point O Capital has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Transition Venture Capital, with participation from existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy. Founded in 2024, the company helps commercial and industrial businesses adopt clean-energy and water-treatment infrastructure by combining financing, technology and project execution oversight.

The fresh capital will support the deployment of clean-energy assets, expansion into battery energy storage systems, and growth across sectors such as data centres, automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and healthcare. With customers including Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro and Phoenix Mills, Two Point O aims to expand its reach across India and build a larger clean-infrastructure platform.
