When you contact us, we collect your first and last name, company, email, country calling code, mobile number and any optional message. We also store the request IP address, when available, and browser information with your enquiry for security and consent records. Submitted contact details are carried into the article cart during your visit, without transferring consent for an order. Content-removal requests collect your name, email, article URL and reason.

For privacy verification we process your email and a short-lived verification code. We retain a keyed, pseudonymous identifier rather than your email in suppression and privacy audit records.

Hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information or identity documents through these forms.

We use contact details to respond to your enquiry by email or phone. The contact form requires a clear, unchecked consent box. Consent for an enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing.

We record the consent wording, notice version, purpose, time, collection source and request reference. Privacy request records also capture verification and completion events. You may withdraw consent through the unsubscribe page or by contacting us.

Only if you separately opt in, we save your cart email and article quantity and send one recovery email after at least 30 minutes of inactivity. Cart recovery and other scheduled mailers run together once per hour. Eligible reminders send on the next hourly run, so delivery may occur up to about one hour after the 30-minute eligibility point. Verification codes remain immediate. The email includes a unique 5% discount valid for 24 hours; offers cannot be combined. Unsubscribe stops recovery messages.

A first-party visitor cookie is optional and requires your permission. It contains only a random identifier, is inaccessible to page scripts and lasts up to one year. It recognizes a return after 30 minutes and enables a once-only 5% offer, limited by both email and visitor record. Clearing cookies cannot guarantee recognition across devices. You may remove this cookie and stop its reminders on the cart. Coupon redemption will only be enabled with verified payment handling.

Verified deletion also removes cart drafts, coupons and linked visitor records. Minimal pseudonymous consent evidence is retained.

App emails are sent through ZeptoMail’s India service. Emails contain an unsubscribe link. Hosting and storage are provided through Lovable Cloud. These providers process information needed to deliver the relevant service.

Suppression blocks ordinary communications. An explicitly requested privacy or deletion verification code is the only exception and does not restore outreach consent.

Contact and removal-request details are held while needed for the relevant enquiry or review, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can request deletion using email verification.

Verified deletion removes your operational contact details, removal-request details and any matching account from the active site. Minimal pseudonymous suppression and audit evidence is retained to respect your opt-out and demonstrate handling of the request.

Backups, provider delivery records and information required by law may not be erased immediately. Contact us for questions about such records or their retention.

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent and grievance resolution under applicable data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework where applicable. You may also contact us about nominating another person to exercise applicable rights.
