Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once payment is received, no refund is processed. Cancelling a publishing order after payment does not entitle you to a refund, except for the payment-error cases below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exceptions may be considered when payment is made incorrectly twice for the same order, or in similar cases involving an incorrect payment. These requests are reviewed against the relevant transaction records.

To request a review, email hi@startup77.com with your order details, payment reference and an explanation of the error. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes.

If Startup77 is unable to publish your article, or declines it on editorial or legal grounds, we will either work with you on a revised version or refund the amount paid for that article in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the refund being approved. Email hi@startup77.com with your order details to raise a request.
