Zoho Is Bringing Restaurant Management Software Within Reach Of Small Businesses

Zoho has launched Zoho POS for Restaurants in India, a cloud-based platform designed to help restaurants manage billing, orders, kitchen operations, inventory and customer payments through a single system. The software supports dine-in, takeaway and food aggregator orders, including integrations with Swiggy and Zomato. It also offers offline billing, GST-compliant invoices and tools for managing multiple outlets.

The company is offering a free plan to businesses with annual POS billing of up to ₹12 lakh, including one register and one management user. The move aims to make restaurant technology more accessible to smaller operators, while allowing businesses to upgrade to paid plans as their operations expand.
