Goa Introduces New Startup Incentives For Women Entrepreneurs And Students

Goa is strengthening its startup ecosystem with four new incentive schemes under the Goa Startup Policy 2025, taking the total number of schemes to 12. The initiatives aim to encourage student innovation, support women-led businesses, improve market access and build technical skills.

One key highlight is the Women Entrepreneur Vitality Scheme, offering eligible women-led startups a monthly stipend of ₹20,000 for 12 months, covering up to 50 startups annually. College students can also receive up to ₹50,000 for innovative projects, while startups can access marketing assistance of up to ₹75,000 and AI or emerging technology training reimbursements of up to ₹1 lakh.
