Sarvam Launches Prism, An AI Decision Model That Delivers Answers In Just 44 Milliseconds
What if AI could make business decisions in milliseconds instead of generating lengthy responses? Bengaluru-based Sarvam has introduced Prism, a 105-billion-parameter AI decision model that selects from predefined answers rather than generating text.
According to Sarvam, Prism achieved a score of 71.8 with a median response time of just 44 milliseconds on a single Nvidia B200 GPU, outperforming several competing models in its reported benchmark comparison. Designed for tasks such as customer query routing, fraud and prompt-injection detection, and AI agent evaluation, Prism's weights are available under the Apache 2.0 licence, giving enterprises the flexibility to run and customise it on their own infrastructure.
