MobiKwik Reports ₹11.8 Cr Profit In Q2 As Costs Fall And Revenue Rises 9%

MobiKwik’s profit is growing even though its revenue growth stays in single digits. The fintech company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹11.8 crore for Q2 FY27, against a loss of ₹28.6 crore a year earlier and up from ₹7.6 crore in the previous quarter. Operating revenue rose 9.4% to ₹295.7 crore from ₹270.2 crore. The year-ago quarter included a one-time exceptional charge of ₹11.8 crore.

Total expenses fell 1.8% to ₹290.9 crore, with payment processing charges, its largest cost, down 10.8% to ₹119.5 crore and lending operating expenses down 88.1% to ₹1.5 crore. MobiKwik reported EBITDA of ₹22.7 crore, against an EBITDA loss of ₹6.4 crore a year earlier.
