Antimattr Builds Voice AI Ring And Earphones For Noisy Spaces

Antimattr, founded in Bengaluru in 2025 by Sridipto Ghosh and Sirsho Chakraborty and now based in San Francisco, is building a voice-first wearable for human-agent interaction. Its first product, Project Mnemosyne, pairs a ring that can record and summarise conversations, capture thoughts and control AI agents with earphones that the company says use six microphones and proprietary voice-isolation technology to cut background noise.
The startup is backed by Y Combinator and WTFund, according to YourStory, and its founders initially invested about ₹25 lakh. Its roadmap includes two further projects, Soteria and Athena. The noise-isolation claims are the company’s own and haven’t been independently tested.
