Aina Opens Global Pre-Orders For Its AI Smart Ring, Starting At $399

What if approving an AI agent's next action was as simple as a gesture on your finger? Bengaluru and San Francisco-based startup Aina has opened global pre-orders for its AI-powered smart ring, designed to make everyday interactions with AI agents faster and more seamless.

Founded by former Ultrahuman hardware executive Apoorv Shankar, Aina is offering early-bird pricing from $399, against a listed price of $499, with shipments expected to begin in January 2027. The ring supports voice commands, contextual suggestions and remote controls for connected apps and devices. Following a $5.5 million seed round in July 2026, Aina is betting on a future where wearable devices become a direct interface for AI agents.
