Confido Health Raises $12.5M Series A Extension Led By Z47
India’s Z47, formerly Matrix Partners India, has led a $12.5 million Series A extension in Confido Health, a New York-based company building AI agents for healthcare operations. Blume Ventures and Together Fund also returned, and healthcare investor Justin Saks joined as an investor and board advisor. The extension brings Confido’s Series A to $22.5 million and its total funding to $25.5 million.
Confido’s CareOS platform uses AI agents to schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle prior authorisations, manage refills and call patients about open balances across phone, text, email and fax in more than 20 languages. The company says it supports about 3,200 providers across more than 1,500 sites in 27 US states and has grown 15 times since its last round. These are company-reported figures.
