OneStack Raises ₹12.5 Crore to Expand Its Digital Banking Infrastructure Across India

Mumbai-based fintech startup OneStack has raised ₹12.5 crore from new investor Shepherd's Hill and existing investors Pentathlon Ventures and AVNM Ventures. Founded in 2019 by Amit Kapoor, the company builds digital banking infrastructure that enables cooperative banks and other financial institutions to offer services such as mobile banking, UPI payments, QR-based transactions and debit card management without developing their own technology systems.
The fresh capital will support OneStack's expansion among cooperative banks and NBFCs, alongside product development across payments, core banking and digital infrastructure. The company currently serves more than 200 banks across India and has raised ₹45 crore across four funding rounds. It is also expanding its platform to help smaller financial institutions strengthen their digital banking capabilities.
