Gimi Michi Reports ₹1.7 Crore in Monthly Net Revenue as Its Food Business Expands

India's appetite for international flavours is creating opportunities for homegrown consumer brands, and Gurugram-based Gimi Michi is turning that demand into a fast-growing business. Founded in 2024 by IIM Ahmedabad alumni Nishank Goyal, Akhil Kumar and Bodhi Rathor, the startup has built a Korean-inspired food portfolio that includes ramen, cup noodles, chilli oil, gochujang and kimchi paste. The company reports monthly net revenue of approximately ₹1.7–1.8 crore.
Rather than limiting itself to instant noodles, Gimi Michi is expanding into products that bring Korean flavours into everyday Indian cooking. Quick-commerce platforms account for around 60% of its sales, with the remaining sales coming through e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and other channels. In June 2026, the startup raised $1 million in seed funding led by IndiaQuotient, with participation from DeVC, Titan Capital and IIMA Ventures, to support product development, team expansion and brand building.
