ESDS Q2: Profit Jumps 41% To ₹31.1 Cr As Revenue Rises 48%

ESDS’s revenue is growing faster than its profit. The enterprise cloud and AI company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹31.1 crore for Q2 FY27, up 40.7% from ₹22.1 crore a year earlier and 6.2% from ₹29.3 crore in the previous quarter. Operating revenue rose 48% to ₹138.3 crore, up 4% from the June quarter, while EBITDA grew 18.3% to ₹57.8 crore, an EBITDA margin of 41.8%.

Infrastructure-as-a-Service contributed 50.5% of revenue, managed services 31.2% and software-as-a-service 18.3%, and existing customers accounted for 86.7% of the total. The company says it incurred ₹2.3 crore of IPO-related marketing and advertising expenses during the quarter, without which EBITDA would have been ₹60.1 crore.
