Armatrix Raises ₹67.28 Crore at 4.8x Higher Valuation

Bengaluru-based deeptech robotics startup Armatrix has raised ₹67.28 crore in a seed funding round led by UK-based Crane Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including pi Ventures, gradCapital, Boundless Ventures and Inuka Capital, alongside new investor NKSquared. The funding values the startup at an estimated ₹360 crore, marking a 4.8x jump from its reported pre-seed valuation of ₹75 crore.
Founded by Vishrant Dave, Prateesh Awasthi and Ayush Ranjan, Armatrix develops snake-like robotic manipulators designed to inspect and maintain hard-to-reach, hazardous industrial spaces across sectors such as aviation, shipbuilding, nuclear energy and oil and gas. The funding will support business expansion and general corporate purposes. However, the company remains pre-revenue, making its next challenge turning its engineering capabilities into commercially scalable industrial deployments.
