The Croffle Guys Raises ₹14 Crore to Expand Its QSR Network Across India

Mumbai-based quick-service restaurant startup The Croffle Guys has raised ₹14 crore in a funding round led by V3 Ventures, with participation from N.A.N. Partners, the family office of Navin Agarwal. The round values the company at ₹100 crore post-money. Founded in 2025 by Rahul Vohra, Annanya Agarwal, Amay Thakkar and Veer Pinto, the brand specialises in croffles, a combination of croissants and waffles. It has expanded from two outlets to eight in about a year and reported an annualised revenue run rate of ₹24 crore.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to add more than 40 outlets, primarily across Mumbai and Delhi, with a selective presence in Pune. It is targeting an annual revenue run rate of ₹100 crore over the next 10–12 months. All its outlets are company-operated, with no franchise model planned. The brand is also experimenting with packaged croffle products as a potential future growth avenue.
