A ₹50 crore deal involving just 1% equity highlights investor interest in India's fresh-food market! @upsurge India has led a secondary transaction worth over ₹50 crore in Bengaluru-based iD Fresh Food, alongside co-leads Triumph Global Fund and White Whale Ventures. The deal involved the transfer of approximately 1% equity, enabling existing investor Blue Ashva Capital to exit its entire stake.
