IN-SPACe Offers ₹67 Cr To Four Space Startups Under Technology Adoption Fund

Four Indian space startups have been offered ₹67.15 crore by IN-SPACe to build technologies the country currently relies on others for. Under its Technology Adoption Fund, Manastu Space has been offered ₹22.08 crore for an iodine-fuelled engine for small satellites, and Inspecity Space Laboratories ₹21.18 crore for an engine that could support in-orbit refuelling. VyomIC has been offered ₹12.55 crore for precision clocks for deep-space navigation, and MumbaiSemi ₹11.34 crore for a chip compatible with both GPS and India’s NavIC navigation system.
The selections follow the fund’s first round in June 2026, when Astrobase Space Technologies, SatSure Analytics India and TM2SPACE Technologies were chosen, bringing the number of companies supported to seven. IN-SPACe says the projects will be implemented against defined milestones, with funding and progress monitored under the scheme’s requirements.
