From earbuds to projectors and grooming, boAt Lifestyle is building its next phase of growth beyond personal audio.
Founded by Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta, the Indian consumer electronics brand reported a 38% increase in profit after tax to ₹84.5 crore in FY26, compared with ₹61.1 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,931 crore. The company is now looking to expand into adjacent categories such as projectors, personal grooming and charging solutions while strengthening its international presence.
Its wearables business also turned profitable, reporting a segment profit of approximately ₹7 crore after a loss of ₹54 crore in FY25. With ₹397 crore in cash reserves and zero bank debt at the end of FY26, boAt is positioning its “boAt 2.0” strategy around financial discipline, new product categories and overseas growth. Its next challenge will be turning that broader portfolio into sustained growth.
