Mobavenue Q2: Net Profit Rises 54% To ₹11.3 Cr, Revenue Grows 41%

Mobavenue’s revenue kept growing, but its profit dipped from the previous quarter. The listed adtech company, formerly Lucent Industries, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹11.3 crore for Q2 FY27, up 54.4% from ₹7.3 crore a year earlier but about 3% lower than ₹11.7 crore in Q1. Operating revenue rose 41.2% to ₹76.7 crore, up 5.3% from ₹72.8 crore in the June quarter.

Total expenses rose 40.1% to ₹62.2 crore, with supply and data costs, its largest expense, up 34.6% to ₹44.9 crore. Profit before tax rose 49.6% to ₹15.5 crore, and the company announced an interim dividend of ₹0.10 per share with a record date of 13 November 2026.
