CoinDCX Co-Founder Sumit Gupta Backs Viraasat To Bring Indian Heritage To Life

What if India's greatest epics became timeless collectibles? Viraasat, a luxury artefacts and collectibles brand inspired by Indian history and mythology, has raised an undisclosed amount in an angel investment from Sumit Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of CoinDCX. The brand is known for its limited-edition creations, including a Mahabharata-themed chess set owned by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Founded by Paranjay Agarwal and Tiyasha Das, Viraasat will use the fresh capital to expand into new collections and collectible categories, with a focus on original design, craftsmanship and research-driven storytelling. The investment reflects growing interest in bringing India's cultural heritage into contemporary luxury products.
