Zoho’s Arattai Adds Mappls Location Sharing Alongside Google And Apple Maps

Zoho’s messaging app Arattai now lets users open shared locations directly in Mappls, MapmyIndia’s navigation platform. Locations received in Arattai chats can be opened in Mappls, alongside the existing options of Google Maps and Apple Maps. The two companies describe the move as a push to make location sharing more Indian, bringing together two homegrown technology platforms.

The integration follows an October 2025 exchange on X, when a MapmyIndia director said the company would be happy to make it happen, saying it would allow exact sharing of doorstep and address details. Mappls already powers the Map View and address suggestions in Zoho CRM.
