Agrani Labs Is in Talks to Raise $100 Million From Google, Groww Founders’ Stargazer Fund & Others

Bengaluru-based semiconductor startup Agrani Labs is in talks to raise $100 million (approximately ₹950 crore) in a funding round that could value the company at $300–350 million, according to Moneycontrol. Potential participants include Google, Stargazer, the investment firm founded by Groww’s founders, alongside existing investor Peak XV Partners and 360 ONE, with other investors potentially joining.
Founded by former Intel and AMD executives, Agrani Labs is developing AI inference chips designed to be compatible with Nvidia’s CUDA software ecosystem. The proposed funding would support chip development, research, engineering and other operations. If completed, the round could mark a significant milestone for India’s semiconductor startup ecosystem, as domestic deeptech ventures seek the capital needed to compete in the global AI hardware market.
