Vartis Platforms Launches UdhaarSaathi for Small Business Loans

Vartis Platforms, the parent company of P2P lending platform LenDenClub, has launched UdhaarSaathi, a digital loan marketplace designed to help small businesses access working capital. The platform caters to kirana stores, pharmacies, street vendors and other small retailers, facilitating collateral-free loans ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹2.5 lakh through lending partners, including NBFCs.

With an average loan ticket size of around ₹1 lakh, Vartis is targeting ₹1,000 crore in loan disbursements through UdhaarSaathi by the end of FY27. The launch extends its lending service provider business beyond individual borrowers into merchant financing. As small businesses seek easier access to credit, the platform’s growth will depend on responsible lending, borrower trust and sustainable loan performance.
