LenDenClub Parent Vartis Launches UdhaarSaathi, Targets ₹1,000 Crore In Small Business Loans

Access to working capital remains a major challenge for India’s small retailers. Addressing this gap, Vartis Platforms, the parent company of LenDenClub, has launched UdhaarSaathi, a digital loan marketplace offering collateral-free business loans ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹2.5 lakh.

The platform caters to kirana stores, pharmacies, street vendors and other small businesses through multiple NBFC partners. Vartis aims to facilitate ₹1,000 crore in loan disbursements by the end of FY27, with an average loan size of around ₹1 lakh. The launch also expands the company's lending marketplace beyond personal credit into merchant working capital.
