PaySprint Launches PIX, An AI Agent That Reroutes Online Payments In Under 80 Milliseconds

PaySprint has launched PIX, a conversational AI agent integrated into its multi-gateway payment platform, SprintPGx. The tool allows enterprise merchants to change payment routing rules, diagnose failed transactions and optimise gateway selection through simple text instructions, without writing code or raising engineering requests.

SprintPGx connects with multiple payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, PhonePe and Paytm PG, and routes transactions in under 80 milliseconds. PIX also analyses live success rates, recommends better-performing gateways and flags potential gateway issues. To attract new enterprise merchants, PaySprint is waiving the platform fee during the festive and year-end sales season.
