IndiQube Grows Q2 FY27 Revenue 35%, Cuts Net Loss By 80% To ₹5.9 Crore

Bengaluru-based managed workspace provider IndiQube Spaces reported revenue from operations of ₹471.9 crore in Q2 FY27, marking a 34.9% year-on-year increase. Its net loss narrowed by approximately 80% to ₹5.9 crore, compared with ₹29.9 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company now manages 10.86 million sq. ft. across 138 centres in 17 cities, serving 884 clients. While its reported results reflect continued improvement, IndiQube also presented an IGAAP-equivalent performance showing ₹57 crore in net profit, up 63% year-on-year. The difference arises primarily from lease-related accounting adjustments under Ind AS 116.
