Noida-based RateGain Travel Technologies, founded by Bhanu Chopra, reported a 46.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹74.7 crore in Q2 FY27. Its operating revenue surged 152.6% to ₹745.4 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company provides AI-powered SaaS solutions that help hotels, airlines and other travel businesses improve revenue management, distribution, pricing and customer engagement.

RateGain also reported adjusted EBITDA of ₹169.1 crore, up 215.4%, while adjusted profit after tax rose 78% to ₹90.8 crore. The significant revenue growth reflects the integration of Sojern, the travel marketing platform acquired by RateGain, alongside growth across its MarTech and data businesses. With more than 14,000 customers across 160+ countries, the company is expanding its global travel technology platform. Can AI-powered technology transform the way the world travels?
