TBO Tek Reports ₹866 Crore Quarterly Revenue as Net Profit Reaches ₹76 Crore
Indian travel technology company TBO Tek reported revenue from operations of ₹865.6 crore for Q2 FY27, marking a 52.6% increase compared with the same quarter last year. Its consolidated net profit rose 12.5% to ₹76 crore, while gross transaction value (GTV) increased 31% to ₹11,695 crore. Adjusted EBITDA also grew 47% year-on-year to ₹152 crore, reflecting increased activity across its global travel distribution platform.
Hotels and ancillary services remained the company's largest revenue contributor, generating approximately ₹745 crore during the quarter. TBO Tek also recorded 14,449 monthly transacting buyers in its organic international business, a 17.4% year-on-year increase. The Gurugram-based company connects travel suppliers, including hotels and airlines, with travel agencies and other buyers through its technology platform. Its quarterly results also included an exceptional expense of ₹8.14 crore relating to suspected collusion involving current and former employees.
