D2C Skincare Brand Numour Reportedly In Talks To Raise $3.1M Led By Sharrp Ventures

Sharrp Ventures | Harsh Mariwala Investment Office, the investment office of the Harsh Mariwala family, is reportedly in talks to lead a $3.1 million (about ₹30 crore) round in D2C skincare brand Numour, according to an Inc42 exclusive citing sources. Neither Numour nor Sharrp Ventures had responded to Inc42’s questions when it published. Numour is currently backed by Indian Silicon Valley Capital.
Founded in 2025 by Divya Jain, the Delhi NCR-based brand combines skincare products, including sunscreens, serums and collagen-based formulations, with beauty devices such as LED jars and sonic massagers. It says it sells through its own website, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra and Blinkit, and has an offline presence through Broadway stores. Sharrp led a ₹100 crore round in beauty contract manufacturer Naturis Cosmetics in July.
