Spill Games Raises ₹100 Crore In Series A At A ₹400 Crore Valuation

A 3.5X jump in valuation in just seven months! Bengaluru-based gaming startup Spill Games has raised approximately ₹100 crore ($10.5 million) in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital. The round values the company at around ₹400 crore, compared with its ₹115 crore seed valuation in April 2026.

Founded in 2024 by former PlaySimple Games executives Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan and Harsh Garg, Spill Games is building an AI-led mobile gaming studio focused on casual, puzzle and hybrid-casual games for global audiences. The fresh capital will support game development, user acquisition, portfolio expansion and investments in AI and technology.
