Peppermint Robotics Secures ₹100 Crore to Scale Its Global Robotics Business

Pune-based robotics startup Peppermint Robotics has raised ₹100 crore (approximately $10.5 million) in a Pre-Series B funding round led by pi Ventures and Crane Venture Partners, with participation from Asiana Fund. Founded in 2019 by Runal Dahiwade, Nityanand Prabhutendolkar and Miraj C. Vora, the company develops autonomous robots for commercial floor cleaning and material transportation. Its robots are deployed across factories, hospitals, airports, malls, warehouses and other commercial facilities.

The funding, which includes both primary capital and secondary share transactions, will support manufacturing expansion, next-generation robotics development and international operations. Peppermint also plans to establish an assembly line in North America in the coming months and strengthen its presence across global markets. The company currently operates in nine countries, with the United States serving as its largest market. According to the company, its revenue grew nearly sixfold between FY24 and FY26.
