GIVA Raises ₹975 Cr Led By Multiples To Add 160 Stores In FY27

GIVA is betting on stores. The Bengaluru-based jewellery brand has raised ₹975 crore (about $103 million) in a round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, with existing investors Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund participating. The round mixes primary and secondary capital with an ESOP buyback, and early investors India Quotient and Sixth Sense Ventures are partially exiting while keeping their stakes. GIVA did not disclose its valuation.
The company plans to add 160 stores in FY27 to its current network of about 425, expand manufacturing and widen its portfolio across silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds. Co-founder and CEO Ishendra Agarwal told Inc42 that FY26 revenue was ₹865 crore, up from ₹505 crore, and that the negative EBITDA margin has narrowed to single digits. GIVA expects to turn profitable after tax in FY28.
