Awfis Q2: Profit Rises 92.8% To ₹30.8 Cr As Revenue Grows 19.6%

Awfis’s profit nearly doubled in Q2 FY27, but the quarter leaned on non-operating income and a very low tax charge. The coworking space provider reported a consolidated net profit of ₹30.8 crore, up 92.8% from ₹16 crore a year earlier and 28.5% from ₹24 crore in the previous quarter. Operating revenue rose 19.6% to ₹438.7 crore from ₹366.9 crore, but only 3.2% sequentially.

Awfis made ₹25.6 crore in other income, taking total income to ₹464.3 crore, against total expenses of ₹433 crore, up 15% year on year. It reported a tax expense of just ₹44.2 lakh and no exceptional items.
