Indian AI startup Sarvam AI has introduced Bulbul V4 Flash, its latest text-to-speech model built to deliver natural, expressive speech across Indian languages. Designed for real-time applications, the model launches with 83 voices across 11 languages and 224 voice-and-style combinations, targeting use cases such as customer support, education, sales and conversational AI.

According to Sarvam AI, Bulbul V4 Flash delivers its first audio in under 250 milliseconds in production and is priced at ₹20 per 10,000 characters. The launch reflects the company's focus on making voice AI faster and more accessible for businesses building India's next generation of voice-powered applications.
