Bengaluru-based AI startup Tradl AI has raised $4.1 million (approximately ₹40 crore) in seed funding, with Nexus Venture Partners and Stellaris Venture Partners leading the round, alongside angel investors. Founded by IIT Guwahati graduates Shubham Bansal and Nilesh Raj, the startup is building a platform that brings advanced market research and quantitative analysis tools to individual traders.
Tradl combines AI with quantitative analysis to help users screen stocks, study market trends and test trading strategies against historical data. Its platform includes an AI-powered stock screener, technical charts and backtesting tools, allowing users to describe research queries in natural language. The company aims to make tools traditionally associated with institutional trading desks more accessible to retail investors, although these tools do not guarantee trading profits.
