Bengaluru-based Simplismart has raised $14 million in Series B funding, led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, and Micromax. Founded by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, the startup builds AI infrastructure software that helps businesses deploy, optimise, and scale AI models across cloud and on-premises environments.

The company plans to strengthen its AI inference platform, expand cloud and sovereign AI infrastructure partnerships, and accelerate its global expansion. Simplismart also reported 14-fold growth in its annualised revenue run rate over the previous six months. As enterprises move AI applications into production, efficient inference infrastructure is emerging as a critical part of the AI ecosystem.
