What If Businesses Could Build Their Own Software With AI Agents?
Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup QwikBuild has raised $2.3 million in pre-seed funding, led by Japan-listed Globalway, with participation from Blume Ventures, DeVC, Marsshot and angel investors Lalit Keshre and Ankit Nagori.
Founded by former Slice executive Pradeep Ayyagari, QwikBuild builds AI agents that help businesses develop applications, automate workflows and adapt software as their needs change. The startup plans to use the funding to expand across Southeast Asia, establish a US team and enter Japan through a joint venture with Globalway. It says its platform already serves more than 100 enterprises across multiple markets.
Could AI agents eventually handle most of a company's software development—or will human engineers always remain essential?
