Bengaluru-based Paar Autonomy has raised 10 crore from AdvantEdge Founders to scale up production of its AI-powered camera systems and develop technology that enables drones to navigate without GPS. Founded in June 2024 by Vignesh Sivaram Jayaraman, the startup builds camera systems and AI software for drones and other unmanned defence platforms.

Its technology helps unmanned systems identify objects, understand their surroundings, and continue operating when GPS signals or communication links are disrupted. The funding highlights growing momentum in India’s defence-tech ecosystem, where advances in AI, robotics, and autonomous navigation are opening new possibilities for homegrown innovation.
