Hyderabad-based Indrajaal, founded by Kiran Raju Penumacha, Mallela VN Sai and Sunil Kalidindi, has built a ₹100 crore business by developing AI-powered counter-drone technology to protect critical infrastructure and strategic locations. Its integrated defence platform, SkyOS, combines radar, radio-frequency sensors and cameras to detect, track and respond to hostile aerial threats.
After growing its revenue from approximately ₹34 crore in FY25 to ₹100 crore in FY26, the defence-tech startup is targeting ₹300 crore+ in FY27. Its systems have been deployed with the Indian Army, Indian Navy and other government agencies. Indrajaal is also looking beyond defence installations to build technology for managing autonomous airspace.
