Harajuku Tokyo Café, founded by Gaurav Kanwar, has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by ZeroW. The round also saw participation from existing investors Indian Angel Network and Samved VC, alongside new investors including Blume Founders Fund, Brijesh Parekh Family Office and Epigamia co-founder Rahul Jain.

The company operates two concepts: Harajuku Tokyo Café, offering a Japanese-inspired casual dining experience, and Harajuku Bakehouse, specialising in Japanese-inspired breads, desserts and snacks. The fresh capital will support new outlets across Delhi NCR and Mumbai, expansion into Bengaluru and Chandigarh, and the development of central kitchens to strengthen operations.
