Chapter Home, founded by former PharmEasy leaders Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain and Dheeraj Goyal, has raised ₹63 crore through a mix of equity and debt. The round saw participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, comedian and investor Tanmay Bhat, and select family offices, valuing the company at nearly ₹1,000 crore.

The company is building a portfolio of home and kitchen brands spanning furnishings, cookware, home décor and small appliances. The fresh capital will support product development, expansion into new categories, technology and brand building, as well as broader omnichannel distribution, including physical retail.
