live2.ai has raised ₹130 crore in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, as the Bengaluru-based startup looks to scale its AI-powered social intelligence and commerce activation platform.
Founded by Venkat J, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, Live2.ai helps brands monitor social media conversations, identify consumer trends, manage campaigns and turn online engagement into commerce opportunities. The fresh capital will support the development of its AI agent platform, deeper enterprise deployments and expansion across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
The company says it serves more than 200 brands across international markets and has grown revenue fourfold over the past 12 months, with around 90% generated outside India. The funding will help it strengthen its technology and expand its global reach.
