What if businesses could build AI-powered operations without setting up a large global technology centre from day one?
HCLTech has launched an AI-powered “nano” Global Capability Centre (GCC) offering built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), designed to help enterprises turn AI experiments into real business applications. Part of its GCC 360 solution suite, the offering combines HCLTech’s AI platforms, including AI Force, with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, Kiro and AWS Transform. It uses small, product-focused teams to support AI-native engineering, IT operations, data analytics and intelligent business operations.
The rollout will begin in Asia Pacific, with delivery supported by HCLTech’s India-based teams and its Centre of Excellence in Lucknow. The model allows established GCCs to introduce AI-led transformation and helps mid-sized companies explore operations in new markets, starting with focused projects and scaling as results emerge. The launch reflects how India’s technology ecosystem is evolving to support the next phase of enterprise AI adoption.
