Circle, a managed customer-to-customer marketplace for pre-owned goods, has raised ₹25 crore in a seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners. Existing investors Titan Capital and Myntra co-founder Raveen Sastry also participated, along with Delhivery COO Ajith Pai as an angel investor. Founded in 2025 by Chirag Kataruka and Ankit Misra, Circle will use the funds to expand beyond Bengaluru, invest in AI-powered pricing, discovery and verification, and grow its Trust Hubs and logistics network.
The company says it has facilitated about ₹25 crore in pre-owned sales in its first year, attracting more than a million visitors and 100,000 listings from Bengaluru alone. It also says sellers typically find a buyer within three days. These are company-reported figures.
