Indian manufacturing platform ZETWERK made its stock market debut on 23 October 2026 following a ₹5,012 crore IPO that attracted subscriptions of 3.06 times. At the upper end of its IPO price band, the company was valued at approximately ₹25,583 crore. Founded by Amrit Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan, Zetwerk has built a manufacturing network serving customers across multiple industries.

Beyond its listing, a growing group of former Zetwerk executives is building manufacturing ventures of its own. Startups including Scimplify, Sanlayan Technologies, Whizzo and STCH operate in areas such as specialty chemicals, defence electronics, advanced materials and technical textiles. Their businesses draw on experience in industrial operations and networks of manufacturing partners, highlighting how talent from one company can help build new ventures across India’s manufacturing ecosystem.
