Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal is exploring a new frontier in wearable technology with Temple, a head-worn device designed to track changes in cerebral blood flow. Unlike conventional fitness trackers, which focus on metrics such as steps and heart rate, Temple focuses on physiological signals that may offer insights into the body’s response to stress, exercise and recovery.

Pre-orders for Temple Batch 01 are scheduled to open on November 1, 2026. Each device will be handmade to order, with delivery expected within three months of purchase, according to Goyal’s announcement. The venture represents an ambitious move into specialised wearable technology, although its measurements should not be treated as a medical diagnosis.

Would you try a wearable that tracks changes in blood flow to the brain?
