bijnis has a new name and a new model. B2B quick commerce startup Zorit, formerly Bijnis, has raised nearly ₹27 crore ($2.84 million) in a round led by Sparrow Capital. Existing investors Info Edge and WaterBridge took part, along with Better Capital, angel investors and employees. The angels include Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal.
Founded in 2015 as a B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers with retailers, the company moved to an inventory-led quick commerce model in late 2024. It now lets offline retailers source stock from locally stocked dark stores, with deliveries in as little as 60 minutes. The company says it runs 12 dark stores across 12 cities and has reached ₹120 crore in annualised sales. The new funding will go toward its quick commerce infrastructure, product range and retailer engagement.
